The International Foundation for Customer Experience in Government is looking for a Health Programs Assistant Director to lead in the development and implementation of programs related to health and social policies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, budgeting, and implementation of all health program initiatives, as well as ensuring that all goals are met. They will also oversee implementation of the International Model for Customer Experience in Government throughout all health programs, as well as provide advisory services to international clients.

The Health Programs Assistant Director will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of programs and making recommendations for improvement. We are looking for an experienced leader with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications
  • English language required; Arabic is considered an asset
  • Master’s degree in health policy and program administration or related fields
  • 5 years of experience or more
  • Previous experience implementing the International Model for Customer Experience in Government is considered an asset
  • Previous management consulting experience is considered an asset
  • Proficient use of MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Outlook
