MLI is looking for Parachute Riggers. If you are interested in the sport, learning what it takes to become a full time, Professional Rigger and enjoy working in a dynamic group – we want to speak to you!
The challenge:
- Follow standard procedures in performing advanced packing tasks such as visually examining/inspecting the fabric and all equipment of the reserve parachutes for serviceability, stowing canopy, and suspension lines, and folding and packing various complex parachute assemblies.
- Must be able to read and understand diagrams and instructions from technical manuals and manufacturer's instructions.
- Ability to independently manage, organize, and complete work activities in order to meet or exceed established deadlines or priorities.
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, reach and work kneeling in order to perform pack jobs.
- Track and sign off on jobs performed.
- Keep a clean work environment.

- Certified CSPA Rigger A, or FAA Senior Rigger or Military Rigger.
- Team player, reliable and focused on customer satisfaction.
- Physically fit.
- Available to work flexible hours, predominantly in the summer period (early morning, later days, or weekends).
- Work safely with products and equipment.
- Occasional travel.
