MLI is looking for Parachute Riggers. If you are interested in the sport, learning what it takes to become a full time, Professional Rigger and enjoy working in a dynamic group – we want to speak to you!

The challenge:

• Follow standard procedures in performing advanced packing tasks such as visually examining/inspecting the fabric and all equipment of the reserve parachutes for serviceability, stowing canopy, and suspension lines, and folding and packing various complex parachute assemblies.
• Must be able to read and understand diagrams and instructions from technical manuals and manufacturer's instructions.
• Ability to independently manage, organize, and complete work activities in order to meet or exceed established deadlines or priorities.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, reach and work kneeling in order to perform pack jobs.
• Track and sign off on jobs performed.
• Keep a clean work environment.

• Certified CSPA Rigger A, or FAA Senior Rigger or Military Rigger.
• Team player, reliable and focused on customer satisfaction.
• Physically fit.
• Available to work flexible hours, predominantly in the summer period (early morning, later days, or weekends).
• Work safely with products and equipment.
• Occasional travel.
