Work with a team in an environment where you contribute to the success of an organization. Magellan Aerospace Haley is recruiting for a Production Supervisor. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be able to work rotating shifts, five days a week. Currently, this includes morning and afternoon shifts, but it may include overnight shifts in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising operations to achieve higher output
• Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards
• Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
• Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
• Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
• Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources

• A minimum of grade 12 education or equivalent
• Three to five years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Knowledge of various manufacturing tools and equipment
• Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• A strong work ethic
• Ability to create and adhere to production processes
• Ability to write reports legibly and accurately
• Experience working in a unionized environment
• Own CSA-approved footwear, safety glasses, ear protection, etc.
