Lanark County is recruiting for an Associate Director of Care for Lanark Lodge, a 163-bed home located in Perth. This is a temporary, full-time position starting as soon as possible and running until July 2025, with the possibility of an extension.

The Director of Care is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all activities necessary for the daily management of all resident neighborhoods, in collaboration with the Director of Resident Care. 

  • A four-year bachelor of science degree in nursing or, you are a registered practical nurse with relevant experience
  • A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience including supervisory
  • In good standing with current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Passionate about the provision of the highest quality of care to older adults
  • Experience working as a nursing leader in a long-term care environment is an asset
  • Must meet job demands, physical and cognitive
Additional Information

This position is evaluated at Level 11 ($47.50 - $61.30) per hour of the 2024 NUG Salary Grid.
