Forgie’s Concrete Products has been supplying natural and designer stone, concrete blocks, masonry supplies and clay brick since 1945. We have proudly served our contractor and homebuilder customers throughout Renfrew County, the Ottawa Valley and the Pontiac region. We are licensed to provide full delivery service in Ontario and Quebec.
We are currently recruiting for a DZ Driver-Labourer. This is a full-time, seasonal position working Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday shift.
The Driver-Labourer will primarily be responsible for delivering products with our boom truck to the locations we service. In their downtime, they will be in the yard to help customers, loading and unloading the delivery truck and performing other tasks to assist with the day-to-day activities of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Work safely and efficiently while preparing contractor and customer orders
- Ensure products and supplies are delivered to the appropriate location at the scheduled time
- Communicate with supervisors, contractors and customers
- Maintain a positive attitude and solid work ethic
- Completing driver logs and vehicle inspections
- Report any maintenance issues
