Located in the heart of the Ottawa Valley west of Renfrew, we have an immediate opening for a Divisional Office Clerk. This is a full-time position.

The Divisional Office Clerk provides support to different departments at Magellan, including quality control, purchasing, operations and finance. This role also performs general office support duties.

• Post-secondary education in office administration or business administration.
• 3-5 years of practical experience in an office setting
• A quick learner who is also detail-oriented
• A self-starter who can respect a high degree of confidentiality
• Must be able to perform under tight deadlines and be adept at multi-tasking
• An analytical personality and able to provide accurate and thorough information in a professional manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
• Advanced knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office Suite
