We are recruiting for a Human Resources Coordinator.

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the daily operations of the HR team, contributing to the efficient and professional delivery of human resources programs, processes and services across the organization.


  • Support the full recruitment cycle: updates job position profiles, prepares job postings, collects and reviews resumes, performs pre-screening, coordinates interviews and tests, and checks references
  • Perform onboarding of new employees by conducting orientations and updating relevant human resources records and files
  • Answer basic inquiries from employees
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, minute taking, meeting scheduling, coordinating training sessions, leave administration including accruals and tracking
  • Conduct training presentations for new hires
  • Conduct human resources research and analysis as assigned
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of staff events
  • Sits as member of the social committee
  • Other duties, as assigned
  • University or college graduate
  • 3 to 5 years experience in human resources with an emphasis in recruitment
  • Recent experience providing administrative support services in a busy environment
  • Experience using online recruitment techniques and tools
  • Client service orientation
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent ability to multitask with multiple competing deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the Ontario Employment Standards Act


  • Bilingualism - English and French
  • Human resources management certificate
  • Familiarity with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act
