Our Renfrew office is seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Insurance Advisor to join our team. This is a full-time position.
As an Associate Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and offering insurance solutions to clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a background in retail sales, outside sales, or telemarketing who are looking to transition into the insurance industry.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and provide recommendations for coverage improvements
- Market and sell insurance products to new and existing clients
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Assist clients with claims processing and follow up on claim status
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives
