We are credited with numerous industry awards and many landmark projects throughout North America, the Caribbean, South America, Europe, Africa, Australia and the Pacific, China, and the Middle East.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager. This is a full-time position.

The Senior Sales Manager plays a key role in developing and executing strategies to drive sales and profitability for the company. This position also manages a sales team.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Pursue and develop new customers worldwide
• Develop sales projections and lead negotiations
• Contribute to promotional and communication strategies to enhance the visibility of external sales
• Deliver presentations to clients, coordinate and manage tradeshow appearances, and attend conferences
• Maintain existing customer relationships and work to establish new customer relationships
• Manage the sales department by providing key leadership and strategic direction

• 10+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within an engineering and a manufacturing environment
• Post-secondary education in sales, business, marketing or communications is preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Three or more years of experience managing people and driving team results
• Three or more years of developing and leading projects that engage customers successfully
• A reliable customer service professional who can communicate effectively with a variety of people and within different environments
