We are currently recruiting for an Inside Salesperson-Administrative Coordinator.

Responsibilities of this position:

  • Be able to take the vital dynamic role of 1st impression contact for all prospective inquires
  • Possess a gifted ability in initial communication with prospects and leads via telephone, email and social media
  • Exhibit a pleasing personality with ambitions and ethics
  • Become a key part of the administrative and sales team
  • Initiate conversations and/or respond to inquiries as needed.
  • Book appointments for admissions sales representative
  • Coordinate all bookings with campus sales team
  • Maintain recording and tracking of all activities in support of sales team
  • Employ a consultative selling approach while maintaining established metrics for performance standards in overall activity and quota achievement.

Qualifications
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree
  • Must have at least 3 years of successful inside sales and telephone experience
  • Excellent technology skills – mobile devices, emails, Outlook, MS office, spreadsheets
  • Strong administration and organizational skills – ability to follow processes and policies
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to follow up leads consistently
  • Candidates must be goal oriented, self-motivated and have a desire to be a part of a team
  • Have a high level of activity and thrive in an environment where accountability is required and individual contribution is the key to financial reward
  • Must have a very strong character/will power and desire to succeed
  • Must have the natural ability to sell
  • Must demonstrate the desire to meet and exceed team goals.
  • Be an adaptable team player that is capable of prioritizing, organizing and change
