Kingston Aluminum Technology is recruiting for a Machinist, Machine Builder, Millwright. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications
  • 10 years experience working as a Millwright, Machine Builder or Machinist
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Operate manual and CNC machines within specified tolerances per work instructions and in accordance with machine programs and engineering drawings
  • Propose new production setups and modify offsets/tooling in machines as part of the process 
  • Perform complex CNC machinist work that includes progressive machining of various parts and metals where close tolerances must be maintained
  • Read and evaluate blueprints and/or specifications
  • Troubleshoot and understand CNC programs and processes
  • Improve and produce work instructions
  • Propose adjusted speeds and feeds for different machining requirements
  • Assist engineering with redesigning fixtures to increase quality standards and productivity.
  • Primarily, the work with involve disassembling, assembling machines and milling various components.
