GT Machining & Fabricating Ltd. is a medium-sized manufacturing company that is able to effectively manage the requirements of government procurement agencies and major corporations while maintaining a nimble, entrepreneurial operating environment. We are big enough to successfully manage multi-million dollar projects and small enough to execute quickly in a cost effective business model.

We are recruiting for an Accounting Clerk. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Duties:

• Accounts payable: matching packing slips and purchase orders and entering in JobBOSS
• Accounts receivable: generating invoices
• General month end functions and reports
• GL account reconciliations
• Prepare reports, sort, update and retrieve financial information to assist Controller
• Clerical duties, filing and daily banking
• Coverage for reception

• Must have an accounting diploma or relevant university degree.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Valid G driver’s licence and own vehicle.

Rate will be based on qualifications and experience.
